Cub fans may remember the "Shawon-O-Meter", a "makeshift placard" (as described by the immortal Jack Buck on radio overheard in the left field bleachers before Dunston's first at-bat in Game Three of the 1989 NLCS in San Fran) that appeared in the left field bleachers of Wrigley Field (and others) from 1989-1995. You can now visit the "Meter" in some of our nation's most hallowed museums. The Smithsonian Institution, Baseball Hall of Fame and the Chicago History Museum all have an original version in their archives.

Here I am awarding Shawon the "Shawon-O-Meter" after his last game as a Cub.

Kinda warms the heart, doesn't it?
